Electromagnetic induction aluminum foil sealing machine is an ideal sealing equipment that uses the principle of electromagnetic induction to instantly generate high heat on the aluminum foil on the bottle mouth, so as to fuse the aluminum foil on the bottle mouth to achieve the purpose of sealing. After being sealed with an aluminum foil sealing machine, the product has a good moisture-proof and mildew-proof effect, which can prolong the product storage period and prevent counterfeiting. It is specially used for sealing links in medicine, pesticide, food, cosmetics, lubricants and other industries. The material of the container can be polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyester (PET), polystyrene (PS) and glass, etc., and cannot be used for metal bottle bodies and caps.
The machine continuously seal mouth, water presser protection and dislocation alarming (restoration, restart to seal mouth), 5.5A, may seal 150-350 bottles per minute.
