1 Overview:
This machine integrates cap management (pump cap, conventional cap), cap feeding, bottle feeding, cap screwing, and bottle out. The cap is used for positioning and capping. The whole machine is a rotary structure, which is suitable for the capping of pump caps and spray gun caps. . During the capping process, there is no damage to the bottle, no capping phenomenon, high capping efficiency, high qualification rate, stable operation and wide application range. The whole machine adopts PLC control, touch man-machine interface, convenient and intuitive operation.
The transmission principle of the equipment is shown in the figure below.

Principle:
The scraper cover of the capping machine is divided into 6 equal parts, 1, 3, 5 are pump cover stations, 2, 4, and 6 are ordinary cover stations. By setting in the touch screen, the caps of the counting or even-numbered stations correspond to each bottle respectively. When an odd-numbered station cover is needed, the cover-control cylinder is opened, and the even-numbered station cover-control cylinder is closed. The cap clamping head clamps the odd-numbered station's cover and automatically screwed to the bottle mouth to complete the capping. On the contrary, the same applies. Repeated actions to complete the capping action of the same bottle with different caps.
